Karen  is a trained independent Executive coach, Board Development Consultant and qualified Mediator. She has more than 25 years’ experience developing individuals, teams, and Boards across range of public and private sectors nationally and internationally. Karen is qualified to deliver a suite of psychometric tools and applies these when appropriate to assist clients and their organisations. 

With a clinical and managerial background Karen believes the importance of leadership and high performing teams directly impact patient and customer outcomes. 

Mark is a coach, independent healthcare advisor and Non Executive Director.

He offers advice and leadership support for individuals, organisations and systems. He coaches clinical and non clinical senior healthcare leaders.

As a Non Executive Director he has Board and Audit Committee experience in the Charitable and University sectors.

He has more than 30 years CEO Health experience. 

Kathy is Finance Manager in Coalescence, She has over 25 years’ experience with medium sized businesses. She worked in Industry for 20 years before setting up her own accountancy practice in 2013. Kathy is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant  She is the main point of contact in the company for invoicing matters.

When not at her desk, you will most likely find Kathy walking with her two German Wirehaired Pointer dogs or wild swimming. 

Alice is an administrative assistant at Coalescence. She has over 4 years of experience working in admin-related roles for a wide range of company sizes, and a strong personal interest in both psychology and Philosophy. Prioritising empathy and honesty, Alice provides support in organisation, planning and coordination to ensure an excellent client experience.
